WHAT DO WE DO
It exists as a space for thinking — a place to explore culture, identity, and creative practice beyond client work or commercial output. The platform brings together writing, education, conversations, and curated experiences that examine how taste is formed and how belief is built over time.
This takes shape through essays, courses, talks, and small, intentional gatherings and digital tools and her platform TastyMagazine.
Philosophy
Creativity begins with curiosity. Taste forms through exploration, accumulation, and time.
Nimisha Inc follows this principle. It values attention over volume, perspective over performance, and long-term thinking over short-term optimisation. The work here is slow by design — shaped through observation, research, lived experience, and cultural context. Branding, in this view, is not surface expression.
It is belief made visible.

Tasty Magazine started as a place to collect the things that stopped me mid-scroll. Design,culture, ideas, oddities. the stuff that makes my brain light up in fun ways. Big ideas. Strange details. Beautiful, useful, or slightly absurd things that made me feel something. This newsletter is how I think out loud. What I’m reading, noticing, bookmarking, inspired by.
It’s an invitation into my world of inspiration. To save the good bits. To let curiosity lead for a moment.
About Nimisha
Nimisha Gupta is a London-based Creative Director and founder of Nimisha Inc and Minchki Studio, a boutique brand studio known for building culturally fluent, emotionally intelligent brand worlds.
With over a decade of experience across fashion, luxury, wellness, and creative technology, her work sits at the intersection of strategy and expression — helping ambitious founders and teams articulate who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world.
Before founding Minchki, Nimisha spent seven years at Ermenegildo Zegna, leading creative content across global fashion shows, campaigns, and digital platforms. That foundation — rooted in craft, systems thinking, and cultural relevance — continues to inform her approach today.
Alongside studio work, Nimisha writes, teaches, and speaks about creative autonomy and visibility through Nimisha Inc.
